Job summary

ChristianaCare in Newark, DE is seeking a part-time Clinical Pharmacist to participate in direct patient care, manage selected therapies, and support a multidisciplinary team. The role includes rounding with providers, monitoring outcomes, and supervising satellite pharmacy operations.

The position requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, DE licensure, and preferred ASHP residency with acute care experience. Generous PTO, parental leave, and retirement plan are offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college.
• ASHP-accredited residency preferred or equivalent experience (3 years acute care).
• Current licensure (or eligible to reciprocate) in the State of Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Participate in direct patient care through daily interdisciplinary rounds.
• Evaluate drug therapies and monitor outcomes; review for contraindications.
• Order and review labs to support medication therapy monitoring.
