Job summary

Baystate Health seeks a Clinical Nutrition Supervisor for Mercy Medical Center, part of Trinity Health Of New England. This role leads the clinical nutrition team, develops policies, and ensures high-quality nutrition care for inpatients.

You will collaborate with the Director and RCNM and coordinate with food service operations to optimize patient meals and safety. The position requires a Bachelor’s in nutrition, RD licensure in MA, and 3+ years in acute care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human nutrition required.
• Three or more years of dietitian experience in acute care.
• Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist in MA and RD credential required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical nutrition and diet office staff.
• Coordinate clinical nutrition with food service operations.
• Serve as onsite nutrition resource and internship liaison.
• Perform patient care duties per hospital policies.
