Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply latest research in line with diet manual, policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives and clinical excellence.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training.
