Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a Clinical Dietitian in an inpatient setting to deliver medical nutrition therapy and education within a multidisciplinary team. This role supports patient recovery and outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willingness to obtain) in state of practice.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Education: provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle for patients, families, staff and community.
• Evidence-based Practice: apply latest research in line with diet manual and facility protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: work with food service management to improve patient satisfaction.
