Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and daily living support under the direction of the RN.
• Obtain and record vital signs and other patient data; report changes to the RN.
• Prepare and maintain patient care equipment and environment.
• Support safety by following protocols, responding to call lights, and protecting patient privacy.
