The Charge Nurse Inpatient at Yuma Regional Medical Center leads people, uses time and resources to maximize throughput of surgical patients, and mentors perioperative staff while working with medical colleagues to meet patient safety and quality goals.

With 3+ years of related experience and an Associate’s Degree, you’ll hold RN licensure in AZ (or compact) and current BLS/ACLS. This regular full-time role offers a competitive hourly base and total rewards package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience.
• Associates Degree.
• RN Lic AZ or compact.
• BLS and ACLS (AHA).

Responsabilités

• Leads staff members.
• Performs employee feedbacks, oversees training, makes assignments, and demonstrates leadership to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Engages and builds medical staff relationships.
• Maximizes efficient of utilization of supply, equipment, and labor budget.
• Supports all patient safety oversight while providing this leadership and direction to supervised staff members.
• Other duties as assigned.
