The role involves providing independent cardiology coverage in a team-based setting with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. Start date 12/22/2026 with ongoing coverage; 12-hour day shifts, no on-call requirements, and a typical daily patient load of 18-20 encounters.

Qualifications

Active NP license or eligibility through IMLC.
Board certification required.
DEA registration required.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Minimum 1 year of relevant advanced practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient cardiology coverage in a team-based environment.
Manage a consistent daily patient load of approximately 18-20 encounters.
Work scheduled 12-hour day shifts alongside another advanced practice provider.
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to cardiology patients.
Communicate effectively with the care team to support smooth workflow and continuity of care.
Follow established clinical protocols and documentation standards.
