• Take overnight beeper call from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a 30-minute response radius, ensuring continuous patient coverage.
• Fill open shifts due to late cancellations and provide consistent coverage multiple shifts per month for continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the locums pool for ongoing 2027 coverage needs, including weekday and weekend rotations.
