MedStar Health is seeking an inpatient clinician for the cardiac surgery program in Baltimore. The role focuses on pre- and post-operative management within an expert team environment to deliver evidence-based cardiovascular care.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) on day shifts, with 3 twelve-hour shifts weekly plus one eight-hour shift every other week, totaling 80 hours biweekly.

Formación

• Previous clinical experience in cardiac surgery or surgical/acute care setting preferred.
• Commitment to teamwork and clinical excellence in cardiovascular care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care with focus on pre- and post-operative management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians and APPs to deliver evidence-based care.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in cardiac surgery practices.
