New graduate APPs are welcome. The role includes 13-hour day shifts with rotating weekends and shared home call, offering strong mentorship and career growth in a large academic health system.

Qualifications

• Active Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license for Maryland.
• New graduate APPs are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient cardiac surgical care as part of the APP team.
• Collaborate with world-class cardiac surgeons and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Manage a rotating 13-hour day shift schedule with weekend coverage; share home call.
• Support cross-coverage for ambulatory care as needed.
