Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Licensed in GA (LCSW/LPC/MFT) required on hire.
• Minimum 3 years in health- or behavioral-health related field.
• Certifications in de-escalation (AVADE) or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to an assigned caseload using trauma-informed, patient-centered approaches.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and family sessions as appropriate.
• Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, and discharge planning to coordinate care and disposition planning.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in the EMR.
• Support crisis stabilization, safety planning, and patient education.
