Job summary

Adventist Health Glendale is seeking a Therapist to provide individualized patient assessments and behavioral treatments within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities

• Interprets patient self-reports and psychological tests; aims to restore or improve functioning.
• Focuses on how people respond to environment; teaches healthy behaviors toward positive outcomes.
• Implements/modifies treatment plans; plans and conducts activity therapy sessions for individuals and groups.
• Ensures group programs meet client needs; initiates appropriate interventions.
• Maintains accurate records of attendance, supplies, and related data per policy.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
