The position requires a high school diploma/equivalent, a minimum age of 21, and the ability to obtain driving requirements if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 21; valid driver’s license if driving is assigned.
• Experience in behavioral health/substance use or mental health settings preferred.
• Detox/residential experience preferred.
• Behavioral health certification or related education preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous patient supervision and safety checks.
• Document observations and report concerns to clinical staff.
• Respond to crisis using de-escalation techniques and follow protocols.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient movement.
• Support engagement in treatment programming and daily routines.
• Communicate patient information to supervisors and treatment team.
