Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assumes personal responsibility for professional development (BLS, CPI).
• Observes and monitors patient status and completes required charts (vital signs, intake/outtake, weight log).
• Provides input to nursing staff via reports and end-of-shift handoffs.
