Central Florida Behavioral Hospital in Orlando is seeking a Mental Health Tech to provide direct care for children, adolescents and adults with psychiatric disorders, ensuring patient safety and well-being on the unit.

You will observe patients, facilitate groups, monitor for contraband, assist with daily living skills, manage milieu and document care in the patient record. Requires 2 years in psychiatry and Level 2 background check.

Formación

• Pass Level 2 Background Investigation.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two years experience in a psychiatric setting.
• CPR may be acquired after hire.
• Effective oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Team work.
• Hours: Day Shift: 7 AM - 7:30 PM (Rotating Weekends Required).
• Must be available to attend orientations.
