MiraVista Behavioral Health Center in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Social Worker to join a multidisciplinary treatment team on a full-time, day-shift basis. You will provide direct care to patients and support to families, helping to develop discharge plans and aftercare strategies.

The role requires an LCSW or LMHC eligibility, a Clinical Master’s Degree, and CANS certification within 30 days. Experience in inpatient behavioral health and EHR use (MedSphere/Vista) is preferred; bilingual

Qualifications

• LCSW or LMHC license required; LICSW/LMHC with inpatient experience preferred.
• Clinical Master’s Degree required.
• CANS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Prior inpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EHR systems; MedSphere Vista experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Administer biopsychosocial assessments and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Coordinate case management, individual and family therapy, and discharge planning.
