Job summary

TaraVista Behavioral Health Center in Devens, MA seeks a Social Worker to join a multidisciplinary team. You will deliver direct and indirect patient care, support families, and help discharge planning. A Master’s in Social Work is required with LCSW/LMHC eligibility and CANS certification within 30 days of hire.

Inpatient behavioral health experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $64,000 to $83,000 annually with supervision hours for licensure, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• LCSW or LMHC license eligibility required.
• Clinical Master's Degree required.
• CANS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Inpatient behavioral health or acute care experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical behavioral health treatment and safety assessment.
• Proficient typing and computer skills; EHR experience (Medsphere/Vista) preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and guardians.
• Provide clinical social work services with physicians and care staff.
• Administer biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, case management, individual and family therapy, and discharge planning.
• Assist with insurance utilization review and care coordination with external agencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and document care goals and interventions.
