Job summary

LinQ Global seeks a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC) for an inpatient behavioral health unit in Devens, MA. This 13-week on-site contract includes 40 hours per week and a normal day shift, collaborating with psychiatrists and floor clinicians to optimize short-term psychiatric care.

You will perform biopsychosocial assessments, provide individual/family therapy, and oversee discharge planning while navigating insurance and community resources.

Qualifications

• Active MA licensure (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC) in good standing.
• MSW or related graduate degree in social work or counseling.
• CANS certification within 30 days of start date.
• Inpatient behavioral health or acute care experience preferred.
• US work authorization only; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop discharge and aftercare planning with community resources.
• Coordinate insurance utilization reviews and stakeholders.
• Maintain real-time EHR documentation of patient goals and progress.
