Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
- Ability to obtain BLS qualification during the orientation period.
- Aggression de-escalation training approved by EHS.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care for patients with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders.
- Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
- Embrace and promote change to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Involve patients/families in goal setting and planning.
