Vail Health Hospital seeks an experienced Behavioral Health RN to provide comprehensive psychiatric care at our new inpatient center in Edwards, CO. This full-time role requires night shifts (11pm–7:30am) with a $6/hour night differential and relocation housing assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Inpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
• Experience with crisis intervention and management of acute psychiatric conditions is highly desirable.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Colorado or a valid compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must possess strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (or higher) required for positions hired after 07/01/2018.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health care to psychiatric patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Maintain strong clinical skills and compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
