Job summary

Vail Health is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Inpatient Nurse for night shifts at our Edwards, CO facility. This role requires a strong background in behavioral health nursing and the ability to work in a new state-of-the-art inpatient center.

Join a team dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based care. This full-time position offers a 12-hour night schedule (11pm–7:30am), onsite work, and relocation/housing assistance. Licensing in Colorado or compact state is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year nursing experience preferred.
• Inpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
• Current Colorado RN license or compact state license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health care to psychiatric patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Maintain documentation and ensure patient safety during 12-hour night shifts.
