Job summary

Vail Health Hospital is seeking a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive mental health care for inpatients at our Edwards, Colorado facility. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients with psychiatric conditions.

This full-time night-shift role offers a $6.00/hour night shift differential, onsite responsibilities, and relocation/housing assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Inpatient behavioral health experience is preferred.
• Experience with crisis intervention and management of acute psychiatric conditions is highly desirable.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Colorado or a valid compact state is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health care to patients in need of psychiatric and mental health support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Work in a fast-paced inpatient behavioral health setting and on-site at Edwards, CO.
