Job summary

The role requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology and 2+ years of behavioral health experience, with NC licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology required or related.
• Two years of therapy experience in behavioral health.
• Licensure in NC: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or related.
• Knowledge of growth and development across lifespan.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group therapy in inpatient care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and updates treatment plans.
• Performs psychosocial assessments and discharge planning.
• May monitor social services and perform chart audits.
• Maintains productivity standards as directed by management.
• Communicates with families and team about care plans.
