Vail Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Education Coordinator to design and coordinate inpatient programming, delivering structured, evidence-based educational experiences for clinical staff in a safe, supportive environment.

The role develops education needs assessments, implements programs, and collaborates with HR to document training, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a Just Culture approach. Bachelor’s degree and RN license required, Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Four years of nursing experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Licensed RN in Colorado or compact state required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and coordinates inpatient behavioral health programming.
• Develops and implements clinical education programs.
• Collaborates with HR to document staff training and education.
• Responds to staff requests and coordinate education needs.
• Monitors program effectiveness and quality improvement initiatives.
