The role develops education needs assessments, implements programs, and collaborates with HR to document training, while ensuring regulatory compliance and a Just Culture approach. Bachelor’s degree and RN license required, Master’s preferred.

To design and coordinate behavioral health inpatient programming to deliver structured, evidence‑based therapeutic interventions in a safe, supportive environment that addresses the acute mental health needs of patients while promoting stabilization, recovery, and continuity of care. To develop and provide education and training needs in collaboration with the leadership team to support the clinical team. Responsible for needs assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of educational experiences for staff.
Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
Hourly Pay: $47.79 — $76.21 USD
