Aspire Health Partners, Inc. is hiring an Integrated Medical Services Charge Nurse in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on managing nursing care for psychiatric and substance use inpatients, supervising shifts, and delivering high-quality care.

The Charge RN oversees admissions, rounds, and medication administration, ensuring patient satisfaction and compliance with policies. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and requires active Florida RN licensure and Level II background

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license is required.
• Level II Background clearance required; Aspire covers fingerprinting costs.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record per Aspire Insurance Company policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient admissions/discharges and transfer arrangements.
• Manage nursing rounds, delegate tasks, and supervise staff on shift.
• Participate in direct patient care within interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation.
• Oversee treatment plans and coordination with physicians and services.
• Assist in orientation and training of new staff and students.
• Promote a safe, ethical, and compliant care environment.
