Aspire Health Partners seeks an Integrated Medical Services Nursing Supervisor/Manager to lead nursing staff across detox and MAT programs in Central Florida. The role emphasizes safe, compliant patient care and staff development, reporting to nursing leadership.

The position combines clinical oversight with operational management, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance, ensuring efficient daily operations and high standards of care.

Competenze

• BSN preferred.
• Five years or equivalent background in nursing supervision.
• Level II background clearance required; Aspire covers fingerprinting costs.
• Valid driver’s license as per Aspire Insurance policy.

Mansioni

• Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, and support personnel).
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Oversee daily nursing operations: admissions, transfers, discharges, staffing, scheduling, and patient care needs.
• Monitor staffing levels and support recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Serve as clinical resource for patient care issues, emergencies, medication concerns, and changes in condition.
• Ensure accurate medication management, audits, and collaboration with providers and pharmacy services.
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness; perform chart reviews and audits.
• Support quality improvement, accreditation readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Investigate incidents and participate in root-cause analyses to improve safety.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
