Yale New Haven Health is seeking an accomplished Advanced Practice Provider leader to serve as the Director of YNHH Advanced Clinical Practice. The Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for inpatient APP services across multiple specialties.

Working closely with physician leadership, nursing leadership, APP managers, and operational stakeholders, the Director will help establish consistent, effective, and sustainable APP practice models across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in nursing or physician assistant studies.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical APP experience; 5+ years in leadership preferred.
• Licensed APP (CT APRN or PA).
