Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree or equivalent required.
• Texas pharmacist licensure required upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years hospital experience; inpatient acute care preferred.
• Proficient English communication; computer skills and math basics.

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with care teams and building professional relationships.
• Timely and accurate support of medication distribution and supervising technicians.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services for safe and efficient patient care.
