This role monitors and verifies medication orders for our wholly owned acute care hospitals and the Texas Health Recovery and Wellness center, and supports the ongoing expansion of discharge medication reconciliation processes. The position is full-time with rotating shifts and is embedded in a team-based environment with focus on quality improvement, operations support, and a strong workplace culture

Work hours: Full Time (40 hours) Rotating Shifts

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and verifying medication orders for wholly owned acute care hospitals and Texas Health Recovery and Wellness center. Candidate will also be supporting the ongoing expansion of discharge medication reconciliation process. This role also participates in many ad hoc projects to support system pharmacy operations and quality improvement efforts.
