Qualifications

• CTRS certification is required or eligible licensure in mental health.
• Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from an accredited program.
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate activity and group programming for adults or adolescents.
• Assess and develop recreational, social, leisure and daily living skills.
• Provide opportunities to transfer activity skills to community functioning.
• Support nursing staff with safety duties.
• Conduct individual assessments of functional living skills.
