Job summary

Park Place Behavioral Healthcare seeks an Access Inpatient Manager to oversee daily operations of the Access Department within a crisis-enabled inpatient framework. The role requires supervision of clinical and support staff and around-the-clock readiness to support patients and staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida LMHC or LCSW license with at least three years of supervision and crisis assessment experience, plus strong MS Office skills for reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMHC or LCSW in Florida with supervision experience.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities for clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Access Inpatient department and ensure 24/7 staffing.
• Interview, hire, and train clinical and support staff.
• Provide quarterly operational and clinical supervision to staff.
• Be on-site during hours and on-call after hours for clinical consultation.
• Assess patients for inpatient treatment and initiate baker acts when needed.
• Create and report Performance Measure data bi-annually.
• Conduct monthly audits of documentation for accuracy.
• Report baker act data to DCF within 5 days of arrival.
• Complete quarterly peer review summaries for the department.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for staff.
• Lead quarterly staff meetings and coordinate care with other departments.
• Attend twice-weekly Care Coordination meetings.
• Ensure staff trainings are current and compliant.
• Maintain positive relationships with referring agencies and patients.
