Job summary

Heritage Behavioral Health Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to lead crisis and access-to-care programs. This executive role provides clinical leadership, staff training, and oversight across 24/7/crisis services, ensuring timely access to assessment and intervention.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field, with licensure eligibility and strong experience in crisis supervision and program management.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related human services field is required.
Credentialed licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure within 12 months.
LPHA strongly preferred and crisis supervision experience is desired.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and guidance to Program Managers overseeing crisis services and access to care.
Lead programs operating 24/7/365, ensuring high-quality, person-centered response.
Provide direct client care as needed during periods of high demand or staffing shortages.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners.
Lead clinical case reviews and support continuous quality improvement.
