Job summary

UH Cleveland Medical Center, part of University Hospitals, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for inpatient Abdominal Transplant. The position is full-time with rotating Days and Evening shifts, weekends and major holidays.

Transplant and critical care experience is preferred. The provider will perform patient assessments, develop plans of care, educate staff and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• AP/PA role duties as per Ohio State Board of Medicine and UH bylaws.

• Contributes to the educational development of staff, patients, family and self (5%)

• Provides education through role modeling and in-services to meet identified learning needs and to promote professionalism (5%)
• Advances own professional development through self-directed learning, continuing education and participation in peer review (5%)
