Qualifications

• Master Degree in subject area or Master Degree in another subject area with 18+ graduate hours in subject area.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret materials related to area of expertise.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and software required for course delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lessons and course materials in accordance with curriculum.
• Adheres to course syllabi and accreditation requirements.
• Delivers instruction using varied teaching methods for diverse learning styles.
• Maintains an inclusive, professional classroom environment.
• Provides academic advising, tutoring, and office hours.
• Participates in orientation, clubs, and career services events.
• Regularly assesses learning outcomes and contributes to program improvement.
• Collaborates with departments to support student success and program outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation standards and data documentation.
