Job summary

Sun Prairie is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist to join our Sun Prairie team for the upcoming school year. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• Wisconsin DPI School OT eligibility or licensure.
• Experience in school-based OT and IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation, intervention, and consultation for students with disabilities.
• Collaborates with IEP teams, CARE Team, and 504 planning when applicable.
• Participates in training to implement therapy goals in schools.
• Maintains records, progress reports, and communicates with parents and staff.
