Your adv is hiring a Retail Execution District Manager in Kansas City, KS for a hybrid role. You will lead a team of retail associates to ensure merchandising excellence, in-store program execution, and strong client partnerships.

You will recruit and develop staff, monitor territory performance, coach on planograms and promotions, and collaborate with store leadership to meet business objectives. Travel up to 30% is required; comprehensive benefits and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, field management, or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Lead retail execution and operations; drive merchandising, audits, resets, and promotions.
• Ensure client standards, planograms, pricing, signage, and product placement.
• Coach and address territory performance gaps; schedule and action improvements.
• Oversee project timelines and service-level achievement.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop associates; conduct field visits.
• Set performance expectations; provide feedback and accountability.
• Build strong relationships with store management and client partners.
• Resolve execution challenges and align with retailer objectives.
• Serve as primary field contact for territory operational issues.
• Oversee scheduling, coverage, payroll approvals, and reporting.
