Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PT program with current NC license.
• Experience in outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab preferred.
• Ability to create and progress outpatient balance and vestibular plans.
• Capable of autonomous work and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient evaluations/exams.
• Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations.
• Create a plan that sets goals and completion dates.
• Equip patients with PT interventions; track progress.
• Provide education to patients on continuation of care.
• Examine and evaluate new patients.
• Establish a diagnosis of conditions and their impact on activity.
• Establish a plan goal and time frame.
• Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises.
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness.
• Educate the patient on continuing care.
