Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our innovative balance and vestibular rehab team. You will evaluate new patients, design personalized plans, and guide their progress using state-of-the-art tools to improve function and quality of life.

Ideal candidates have graduation from an accredited PT program, an active TX license, and at least one year of outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Accredited PT program graduate.
• Up-to-date TX PT license.
• Experience in outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation.
• Minimum 1 year outpatient neuro/ortho or vestibular rehab experience.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Passion for vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient evaluations/exams
• Diagnose patients; evaluate activity limitations
• Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
• Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
• Measure and track intervention effectiveness
• Educate the patient on continuing care
