Responsibilities

• Plan long-term, weekly lesson plans to meet standards.
• Utilize a Blended Learning Model with technology tools.
• Lead small group instruction toward targeted outcomes.
• Use data to refine and personalize instruction.
• Integrate coaching feedback into practice.
• Build positive classroom culture and relationships.
• Support school-wide SEL and restorative practices.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and coaching.
