Job summary

Burnsville-Eagan-Savage District 191 is seeking licensed middle school teachers for the BYC program (Burnsville Youth Collaborative) at Eagle Ridge and Nicollet middle schools for the 2026-2027 school year.

You will teach students in grades 6–8 in the after-school program from 2:30 to 4:45 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, starting Oct 20, 2026, with an end date of March 25, 2027.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Teaching License.
• Experience with Targeted Services programming.
• Experience with Project-Based Learning at the middle school level.
• Experience using data to inform instruction.
• Experience with team teaching.
• Experience supervising students.
• Experience coaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach students in grades 6–8 in the BYC program.
• Deliver after-school instruction from 2:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
• Work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Collaborate with BYC staff and school partners.
