Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine North America Operations invites high-potential undergraduates to join the 2027 Summer Internship. This 10–12 week program provides an immersive business experience with leadership training and cross-functional exposure.

You will develop leadership, technical, and communication skills while contributing to projects across Strategic Customer Group, Scientific Affairs, Patient Engagement, Established Products, and policy.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program and entering sophomore or junior year at the start of the internship.
• By start date, candidate must have completed at least two college semesters.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship.
• Ability to relocate to Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.
• Passion for improving healthcare and exceptional interpersonal/presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and influence and execute a plan.
