Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 176-bed facility. You will drive patient-centered care, develop talent, and shape strategic outcomes in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

The ideal candidate holds a current LNHA license in the state or is willing to obtain it, with at least three years of skilled nursing facility leadership and proven P&L responsibility.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
