Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking an Executive Director / Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a 176-bed facility with a focus on innovation and patient-centered care.

The role requires an LNHA license, at least 3 years of skilled nursing leadership, and proven ability to drive talent development, financial outcomes, and strategic vision in today’s healthcare landscape.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location or willingness to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfort with AI tools preferred.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities
