Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a visionary Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a Terre Haute, Indiana facility. The role requires operating a skilled nursing facility with strong strategic leadership and a focus on patient-centered care and quality outcomes.

The Executive Director will guide the team, ensure financial stewardship, and drive talent development while leveraging AI tools to advance care delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to guide and grow the facility in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
• Oversee operations, governance, and strategic development with emphasis on fiscal accountability and quality outcomes.
