Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Scientist in the United States to lead bioanalytical studies, develop and validate methods, and ensure client satisfaction with compliant workflows.

You will mentor analysts, coordinate with project management and clients, and deliver timely results while upholding GCP/GLP standards. This is a full-time role with strong benefits and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology or related field is preferred.
• Typically 3 years of regulated clinical and/or preclinical experience.
• At least 1 year as Scientist or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GLP and GCP regulations and related SOPs.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
• Fluent reading in English; strong written and verbal communication in English and French

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, manage, and report multiple assay types ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead method development, qualification, validation and production studies per protocols.
• Provide QC support and data review across studies as needed.
• Mentor Analysts and collaborate with PMs and clients.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, GLP and safety guidelines.
• Organize complex data for stakeholders and communicate results clearly
