Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; elementary or middle school teaching experience preferred.
• Plan, modify, and execute daily lessons.
• Monitor students' progress and adapt to multiple learning styles.
• Manage classroom and build relationships with students.
• Collaborate with the teaching team on student matters.
• Collaborate with the Center for Student Success to tailor support.
• Communicate with parents about their children's growth.
• Lead three parent conferences per year.
• Complete monthly curriculum mapping and post plans online.
• Work with Division Heads on annual professional growth plans.
• Attend weekly faculty meetings.
• Demonstrate commitment to professional excellence and growth.

Responsibilities
