Job summary

Endicott College is seeking an Assistant Professor of Interior Architecture to teach studio and lecture courses across undergraduate and graduate programs. Qualifications

• Terminal degree in Interior Architecture or closely related discipline.
• NCIDQ certification or ability to obtain within two years.
• Ability to teach a range of undergraduate and graduate courses with sustainable design expertise.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
• Demonstrate expertise in the complete interior architecture design process, including building systems and codes.
• Interest in incorporating AI into design education and practice.
• Familiarity with CIDA and NASAD accreditation standards.
• 2–4 years of college-level teaching preferred; 3–5 years professional experience; healthcare design is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills for team work.

Responsibilities

• Teach studio and lecture courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Advise and mentor students, participate in curriculum development and accreditation.
• Engage in scholarly activity, professional practice, and internships.
• Participate in department, school, and college service and meetings.
• Support recruitment and outreach events and advise on internships.
