Job summary

Productive Resources seeks an experienced HVC Embedded Software Engineer in Urbandale, IA. You will develop and maintain embedded software for tractors, displays, and controllers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.

The role requires Lua, C/C++, QML, and MATLAB/Simulink experience, plus Linux and GitHub usage for version control and testing. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities within our organization.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in cross-platform development and systems integration.
• 3 years experience in PDP/TDP discovery and PDP projects.
• Collaborates with customers and partners including John Deere cross‑platform communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, test, and maintain embedded software for HVC machines, tractors, displays, and controllers.
• Translate product requirements into production-ready software with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and troubleshoot software using C/C++, Lua, QML, MATLAB/Simulink.
