• Uses data from assessments to evaluate progress and adjust instruction for growth.
• Provides individualized support through small group instruction within MTSS/RtI framework.
• Offers leadership and guidance to paraprofessionals and intervention staff in the classroom.
• Communicates with families to partner in student education goals.
• Supports social-emotional learning and character education.
• Complies with applicable laws and district policies.
